Hän - единственная форма. Различий он-она нет ни в литературной, ни в разговорной речи. В архаичном финском, насколько мне известно, тоже нет. Пункты 5 и 6 - самое жуткое, что есть в финском языке. Из-за них он, собственно, такой трудный.
